Freelance Content Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end content authoring for web and mobile app experiences
• Translate briefs and product updates into user-focused content
• Collaborate with UX, design, product, and development teams
• Ensure content meets aviation-specific compliance and regulatory standards
• Maintain content calendars, version control, and documentation
• Apply SEO, accessibility, and readability best practices
• Perform quality assurance on content prior to release

Requirements

• 3+ years in content management or digital content operations
• Hands-on experience with enterprise CMS platforms
• Strong writing and editing skills
• Familiarity with UX writing and mobile-first content standards
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience in regulated industries preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Aviation industry background
• Experience working with global travel brands
