About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage upwards of 100 calls daily, providing comprehensive support for various financial products
- Act as the first point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional customer service and empathy
- Navigate multiple computer systems efficiently to interpret client needs and provide insights
- Follow all regulatory and departmental practices and procedures diligently
- Solve problems and explain solutions clearly while maintaining composure in a fast-paced environment
- Work both independently and collaboratively to achieve team goals and drive business success
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in customer-interfacing roles (phone or face-to-face)
- Strong communication, information gathering, and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in computer literacy and the ability to multitask across different systems
- Ability to handle complex customer interactions with empathy and sound judgment
- High school diploma or equivalent (or completion of K-12, 2 years of college, or a 2-year vocational course)
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or night shifts
Preferred Qualifications
- Developing ability to use data to understand business issues and opportunities
- Developing skills in using AI technology for automation and prompt writing
