Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end fraud investigations involving digital product transactions, account activities, and onboarding anomalies
• Analyze transaction data, behavioral patterns, and device indicators to identify suspicious behavior
• Perform fraud case handling, evidence gathering, and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements
• Support fraud monitoring activities and assist in identifying emerging fraud trends and typologies
• Collaborate with Compliance, Operations, Product, and Engineering teams to resolve incidents and improve controls
• Prepare investigation reports, root cause analysis, and management summaries
• Assist in developing and refining fraud detection rules and investigation workflows
• Maintain proper case management records and ensure timely resolution of investigations

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in fraud investigation, fraud operations, AML, or risk operations within fintech, banking, or e-commerce
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and data analysis
• Strong understanding of fraud typologies such as account takeover, social engineering, and identity fraud
• Experience handling fraud investigations and operational case management independently
• Familiarity with fraud monitoring systems and transaction analysis tools
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Criminology, Information Systems, Business, or Law preferred
