Fraud Prevention Analyst Apprentice

Responsibilities

• Analyze fraud alerts generated via various channels including the Fraud Portal, field reports, and whistleblowing.
• Process and investigate potential fraud signals and participate in the conduct of full investigations.
• Propose curative actions to reduce fraud risks and enrich the team's knowledge of fraud mechanisms.
• Contribute to quantitative and qualitative reporting of fraud prevention activities.
• Identify process malfunctions and propose improvements to detection and prevention methodologies.
• Support secondary tasks such as participating in new prevention projects, employee awareness training, and regulatory monitoring.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a training program focused on fraud prevention, detection, or a similar field.
• Minimum of a Bac +3 level of education.
• Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher) for both written and spoken communication.
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills with a taste for numerical and technical research.
• Proficiency in office software and general IT tools.
• High level of rigor, discretion, and respect for confidentiality.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage stress in a professional environment.
