Fraud Operations Manager - VP

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple teams or functional areas to drive fraud management policies, processes, and procedures.
• Minimize fraud impact by ensuring analysts make appropriate decisions using risk/reward balance methodology.
• Contribute to the development of fraud management strategies, tactics, and information infrastructure.
• Recommend, direct, and approve fraud decisions for domestic and international corporate relationships.
• Develop and execute merchant fraud and collusion detection strategies.
• Evaluate subordinate performance and manage personnel actions including hiring and professional development.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations while safeguarding the firm's reputation and assets.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in a related fraud management or operations role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent university experience.
• Proven experience in team leadership and managing large-scale operations.
• Experience in call center operations or similar high-volume environments.
• Demonstrated expertise in process design, implementation, and execution.
• Strong understanding of fraud prevention across digital channels, payment methods, and physical branches.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Advanced experience in senior management roles within the financial services industry.
