Fraud Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Own the AI fraud agent stack by curating seed cases, refining instructions, and designing JSON schemas.
• Build and maintain the filter between CX intake and AI agents to ensure high-quality signal.
• Investigate transactional fraud and identity theft cases end-to-end.
• Stay current on local fraud MOs (SIM swap, OXXO cash-outs, account takeovers) and feed intelligence into the Risk function.
• Own AML operations including casework, escalations, and SAR narratives.
• Write playbooks, case taxonomies, and filter rules to scale the function.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ownership of transactional fraud investigations (credit card, BNPL, or comparable).
• Experience with identity theft casework and its intersection with transactional fraud.
• AML experience, including SAR narrative writing and regulatory familiarity.
• Native Spanish and professional English fluency.
• Based in Mexico City or willing to relocate.
• Strong technical writing skills for investigations and instructions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Practical fluency with AI tools applied to investigations or operations.
• CFE, CAMS, or comparable certification.
