About the role
Responsibilities
- Maintain, run, and improve automated KPI and trend analysis reporting to flag issues to stakeholders
- Build and manage a suite of reports to highlight exceptions or breaches using SAP and IntelliQ
- Support regional Asset and Profit Protection (APP) with evidence gathering during investigations
- Perform system maintenance, including monitoring daily data loads, weekly gap analysis, and troubleshooting data streams
- Maintain the APP Operations database, ensuring store master and HR data remain up to date
- Provide regular reporting across Store KPIs, Adjustments, Incidents, Digital Fraud, AML, and Retail Operations
- Support biannual stock loss reporting through data cleansing and analysis
- Provide ad hoc support to the Digital Fraud team regarding chargebacks
Requirements
- Mandatory experience with IntelliQ or similar data mining systems
- Proven experience in retail fraud prevention
- Experience with retail chargeback processing
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Office 365 Suite
- Strong technical skills in SQL, Microsoft Access, and Power BI
- Experience working with SAP
- Experience using Power Platform
