Fraud Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Research and explore data using R and SQL in a high-level technical environment
• Master the online fraud prevention domain through hands-on analysis of live data
• Define and execute end-to-end technical solutions for fraud-prevention problems
• Share deep analysis conclusions and technical methods with technical and non-technical audiences
• Work with account managers and meet directly with clients to deliver analytical insights
• Collaborate with various internal teams to enhance processes and meet customer needs

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Portuguese (written and verbal)
• 2-3+ years of strong analytical experience with complex data
• 2+ years of hands-on proficiency with SQL
• 2+ years of hands-on proficiency with R or Python
• Experienced problem solver and critical thinker
• Ability to lead multiple projects and work on different tasks simultaneously
• Willingness to participate in a bi-monthly on-call rotation, including occasional evenings and weekends
