Fraud Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of inbound calls in a fast-paced environment to assist customers with account inquiries.
• Identify and analyze potential fraud or suspicious activity by monitoring card alerts and fraud prevention reports.
• Process disputes and fraud claims in accordance with client policies and guidelines.
• Recommend solutions to customers when fraud is identified using training and knowledge management systems.
• Document all actions, conversations, and cases accurately in the database.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate channels for risk review or further analysis.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and comply with all legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in Customer Service, Call Center, or Dispatch.
• Ability to pass a background check, credit check, and security fingerprinting.
• Ability to commit to 100% attendance during the three-to-five-week paid training period.

Preferred Qualifications

• 6 months of experience within the banking or financial services industry.
