Fraud & Claims Operations Representative

Responsibilities

• Investigate and decision suspicious or potentially fraudulent deposit-related activity across customer accounts
• Support fraud and claims functional areas by identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and mitigate risks
• Perform customer support tasks, utilizing strong communication skills to establish rapport and de-escalate sensitive situations
• Oversee multiple alert types and take appropriate action using various systems and applications
• Document findings in clear, concise, and audit-ready written narratives
• Escalate suspicious patterns, discrepancies, or high-risk scenarios to supervisors

Requirements

• 1+ years of Customer Service experience or equivalent
• Knowledge of Detection Operation Processes in the Fraud & Claims Management domain
• Knowledge of the Fraud Life cycle for Debit, Credit card, AML, KYC Check, and Online Fraud products
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of experience specifically in Fraud or Claims Management
• Experience reviewing and validating deposit transactions to detect and prevent fraud
• Experience with fraud alerts, checks, detection, or banking financial operations
• Ability to provide guidance to newer analysts and support knowledge transfer
