About the role
Responsibilities
- Review, investigate, and make decisions on the outcome of fraud cases
- Escalate unusual activity to internal experts
- Act in accordance with written policies, procedures, and relevant guidelines
- Cooperate with other teams to provide efficient support and maintain customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Previous experience in Customer Support or FinCrime role is valued
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English
- Familiarity with fintech and cryptocurrency concepts is a plus
- Ability to work in rotational 8h shifts, 5 days a week, 24/7/365
