About the role

Responsibilities

  • Review, investigate, and make decisions on the outcome of fraud cases
  • Escalate unusual activity to internal experts
  • Act in accordance with written policies, procedures, and relevant guidelines
  • Cooperate with other teams to provide efficient support and maintain customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Customer Support or FinCrime role is valued
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Familiarity with fintech and cryptocurrency concepts is a plus
  • Ability to work in rotational 8h shifts, 5 days a week, 24/7/365
