About the role
Responsibilities
- Own and manage a large, multi-brand franchisee portfolio across the UK and Ireland
- Onboard new franchisees and sites to ensure platform understanding and standard adherence
- Drive growth through consultative selling of Deliveroo advertising products
- Improve operational standards to enhance rider and customer experiences
- Develop and execute local promotional plans tailored to franchisee needs
- Execute national strategies within the local portfolio and report on regional performance
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in field sales, territory management, account management, or franchise support
- Experience within the QSR or franchise industry is strongly preferred
- Strong data fluency and ability to interpret performance dashboards
- Proven ability to build relationships with business owners and regional directors
- Ability to manage a large, geographically spread portfolio independently
- Willingness to travel extensively as a field-based role
