About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead a designated retail district by managing a variety of franchise stores with high accountability
- Drive revenue productivity and EBIT by achieving and exceeding KPIs for a cluster of stores
- Build, develop, and lead a high-performing team of store and regional managers
- Ensure consistent execution of brand standards, operational processes, and customer service excellence
- Act as a key link between Head Office and franchise partners to support alignment and performance
- Oversee in-store execution of campaigns, product launches, and visual guidelines
- Support franchise store openings, renewals, relocations, and refits
- Collaborate with Project Management, Visual Merchandising, Planning, and Operations teams
- Provide field insights to support strategic growth decisions and identify training needs
Requirements
- Proven leadership and accountability in a retail management environment
- Strong experience in KPI management and driving profitability
- Demonstrated ability in team development and coaching
- Expertise in operational process execution and stakeholder management
- Ability to manage complex relationships between corporate and franchise partners
