Franchise Support Assistant

Responsibilities

• Manage office operations and act as the company representative for suppliers, clients, and building management
• Provide high-performance customer service and technical guidance regarding company processes
• Support decision-making by providing technical basis for client orientation
• Participate in cross-functional projects and represent the company in support points through online and in-person meetings
• Analyze documents and monitor performance indicators
• Identify opportunities for process and procedure improvements within the vice-presidency

Requirements

• Completed higher education in Administration, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work 100% onsite in Belo Horizonte

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with data analysis, project management, and process mapping
• Proficiency in Power BI
• English language skills
• Knowledge of the insurance market
