Franchise Sales Executive

Responsibilities

• Drive franchise expansion for Elaris Luxury Salons by selling high-ticket investment tiers to HNWIs and real estate investors.
• Execute daily outbound prospecting via cold-calling, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and referral networks.
• Manage the full sales lifecycle from lead qualification to closing signed franchise agreements.
• Conduct face-to-face discovery calls and professional presentations at the Fairmont Hotel, Sheikh Zayed Road.
• Maintain 100% accurate CRM records, including daily logs of all outreach and meeting activities.
• Represent the Elaris brand with the highest standards of professionalism and luxury service.

Requirements

• Minimum 30 years of age.
• Minimum 5 years of B2B or high-ticket sales experience.
• Documented UAE real estate sales experience is required.
• Proven track record of closing deals valued at AED 250,000 or above.
• Fluent professional English (spoken and written).
• UAE resident with a valid Emirates ID.
• Polished personal presentation suitable for luxury brand representation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in franchise sales or selling business ownership products.
• Established personal network among UAE investors, HNWIs, or business owners.
• Arabic language fluency.
• Background in luxury goods, hospitality, wealth management, or premium services.
