Responsibilities

• Drive your own business as an independent merchant
• Lead, develop, and motivate large teams of employees
• Maintain high store standards in line with the 7-Eleven concept
• Ensure excellent customer service to drive repeat business
• Manage day-to-day store operations and staff

Requirements

• Experience from retail, service stations, or the restaurant industry
• Proven experience in leadership and managing larger teams
• Strong business ethics and a result-oriented mindset
• Ability to invest 300,000 DKK to become an independent merchant
• Willingness to put in significant personal effort and be present on the floor with staff
