Franchise Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end administration of franchise operations processes across the network
• Coordinate franchise obligations, ensuring documentation and records are completed accurately and on time
• Manage franchise agreement processes, including preparation, tracking, and stakeholder follow-up
• Oversee renewal application submission points and guide brokers and franchisees through requirements
• Monitor operational workflows for applications, approvals, and store records
• Coordinate fee administration processes, including tracking and maintaining accurate records
• Maintain operational documentation, templates, and process guides to ensure consistency
• Liaise with internal Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Distribution teams to progress operational matters
• Identify process improvements and escalate risks or delays as needed

Requirements

• Experience in operations, administration, franchise support, or financial services administration
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage complex documentation and deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with brokers and franchisees
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency using systems, trackers, and templates to manage workflows effectively
• A proactive, service-oriented approach to problem-solving

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in mortgage broking, franchising, or retail network operations
• Exposure to franchise lifecycle administration, renewals, or compliance-related processes
• Experience managing fees and maintaining process controls
