About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist in setting up and upgrading SOPs for all clients across the delivery platform
- Train and set up new franchises and provide training at the franchisee level
- Monitor, manage, and maintain required franchise service levels and KPIs
- Ensure franchisee adherence to Hub Setup Manuals and Franchise Agreements
- Conduct regular audits to assess process and execution performance
- Travel locally within an allocated region and to regional hubs quarterly
- Act as a consultant to franchisees to drive business improvement and success
- Monitor hub performance and productivity through system checks and reporting analysis
- Protect the brand to drive recognition and business growth
Requirements
- Matric (grade 12) certificate or similar
- 3 years of top management experience
- Operational experience managing national or regional operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proven track record in delivery and execution
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Project management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Training experience
- Previous hospitality or retail franchise experience
- IT or tech-savvy background
