Franchise Manager

Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up and upgrading SOPs for all clients across the delivery platform
• Train and set up new franchises and provide training at the franchisee level
• Monitor, manage, and maintain required franchise service levels and KPIs
• Ensure franchisee adherence to Hub Setup Manuals and Franchise Agreements
• Conduct regular audits to assess process and execution performance
• Travel locally within an allocated region and to regional hubs quarterly
• Act as a consultant to franchisees to drive business improvement and success
• Monitor hub performance and productivity through system checks and reporting analysis
• Protect the brand to drive recognition and business growth

Requirements

• Matric (grade 12) certificate or similar
• 3 years of top management experience
• Operational experience managing national or regional operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Proven track record in delivery and execution
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Project management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Training experience
• Previous hospitality or retail franchise experience
• IT or tech-savvy background
