Franchise Business Consultant

Responsibilities

• Provide consultation and support to franchisees in customer service, revenue growth, profitability, management, and staff development
• Conduct one-on-one store visitations and weekly virtual training sessions
• Assist franchises with financial analysis including break-even, trends, and cashflow
• Engage franchises in annual strategic planning and goal-setting
• Document all consultation activities and production updates in the company CRM
• Monitor employee developmental processes and provide management coaching

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years as a franchise consultant or 10 years as a successful business owner
• Fluency in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Understanding of financial statements and QuickBooks Online
• Ability to travel up to 50%
• Valid Driver's License
• Strong public speaking and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• College degree
• Experience in mid-level or higher management accountability
