Franchise Business Consultant (District Manager)

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with franchise owners through impactful, solution-driven restaurant visits to drive sales and profitability
• Coach franchise teams to uphold brand culture, values, and high operational standards
• Guide franchise partners in building customer-focused teams that deliver an outstanding guest experience
• Identify opportunities for increased sales and enhance operational efficiencies through strategic action plans
• Conduct Brand Promise Reports to ensure high-quality standards and brand excellence across all locations
• Lead new store openings and franchise transitions to ensure seamless execution
• Collaborate with Marketing, Real Estate, and Store Development teams to support regional operations
• Ensure health, safety, and regulatory compliance across all locations in the assigned region

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a multi-unit leadership environment
• 5+ years of experience in QSR, food & beverage, or retail operations
• 3+ years of experience in business development, financial analysis, and training & development
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Valid Driver’s License and access to a personal vehicle for frequent travel
• Willingness to travel regularly and work occasional evenings or weekends
