Franchise Business Consultant

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop franchise partners to achieve operational excellence through regular store visits and business reviews
• Conduct quarterly audits to ensure compliance with brand standards, food safety, and operational protocols
• Analyze P&L data and KPIs (SPLH, COGS, sales trends) to identify performance gaps and create improvement plans
• Act as a primary brand ambassador in Quebec, driving brand awareness and community connection
• Partner with national marketing to execute localized strategies tailored to Quebec culture
• Identify community engagement opportunities, including festivals, trade shows, and local sponsorships
• Drive catering and group order growth by building relationships with local businesses and organizations
• Serve as a bilingual bridge between Quebec franchise partners and the national corporate team

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of multi-unit experience (District Manager, Area Manager, or Franchise Consultant) in restaurant or hospitality—QSR preferred
• Full professional fluency in both French and English (written and spoken)
• Must reside in the Greater Montreal area
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret P&L statements, SPLH, and COGS data
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with POS and scheduling software
• Demonstrated experience in coaching, field leadership, or consulting

Preferred Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Marketing, or Hospitality Management
• Experience in local marketing, event coordination, or brand ambassador roles
• Deep understanding of the Quebec regulatory environment and provincial labour standards
