Framer Web Developer

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and optimize web experiences using Framer and modern front-end development practices
• Create responsive, mobile-first experiences that perform seamlessly across devices and browsers
• Implement interactive components, animations, and user flows to improve engagement
• Own technical SEO initiatives, including schema markup, structured data, and metadata
• Optimize website architecture for search engines and AI-powered discovery platforms
• Analyze user behavior using heatmaps, session recordings, and analytics to drive conversion optimization
• Track and report on key metrics including traffic, engagement, conversions, and Core Web Vitals

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in web development or digital experience optimization
• Hands-on experience building websites and landing pages using Framer
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience implementing technical SEO and website performance optimization
• Knowledge of schema markup, structured data, and Core Web Vitals
• Proficiency with Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and AI search visibility
• Experience in financial services, fintech, or asset management
• Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking
• Understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) methodologies
