About the role
Responsibilities
- Welcome and advise customers on custom framing projects with creative choices
- Prepare quotes and purchase orders, follow up on files, and coordinate with clients, the workshop, and suppliers
- Perform assembly of standard mounts
- Ensure quality of work and protection of artworks
- Coordinate order processing and follow up via email
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming work environment
Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of experience in retail and/or customer service
- Ability to perform various manual tasks and assembly work
- Rigor, precision, and attention to detail regarding work quality
- Ability to stand all day and lift/move boxes
- Availability for varied schedules including weekdays, weekends, and evenings
