Frame Stylist/Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Deliver a world-class Total Patient Experience by building relationships and providing medical support
• Assist patients in selecting frames based on style, color, facial measurements, and optical prescriptions
• Educate patients on specific lenses, coatings, and frames to meet their unique needs
• Perform technical tasks including operating auto-lensometers and manual lensometers
• Accurately collect optical measurements such as pupillary distance, bridge size, and seg heights
• Dispense eyewear and contact lens orders, and perform frame repairs and adjustments
• Drive retail sales by identifying and meeting patient wants and needs

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or patient-facing role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to pass a background check as required by the state
• Ability to provide proof of identity and right to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a medical office setting
• Previous ophthalmic or optical experience
• ABO and NCLE certifications
