Frame Stylist

Responsibilities

• Execute the Total Patient Experience to build relationships and provide medical support
• Assist patients in selecting frames based on style, color, and facial measurements
• Educate patients on specific lenses, coatings, and frames to meet their needs
• Perform technical tasks including operating auto-lensometers and manual lensometers
• Accurately collect optical measurements such as pupillary distance and segment heights
• Dispense eyewear and contact lens orders, including frame repairs and adjustments
• Drive retail sales by identifying and meeting patient wants and needs

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to pass a background check and provide proof of right to work in the US
• Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, and fine motor work

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous medical office experience
• Previous ophthalmic experience
• ABO or NCLE certification
