Fractional Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Responsibilities

• Design and architect the product’s technical foundation
• Build and deliver the Minimum Viable Product (MVP)
• Lead the integration and experimentation with AI/LLM technologies
• Drive rapid prototyping to move from idea to working product quickly
• Ensure scalability and robustness of the product architecture
• Collaborate with founders and stakeholders to align technical execution with business goals

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• 2–3 years in a senior leadership role (CTO, Lead Engineer, or equivalent)
• Strong hands-on coding ability, preferably full-stack
• Deep knowledge of AI/ML frameworks and LLM integration
• Expertise in SaaS architecture and cloud infrastructure
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Entrepreneurial mindset for lean, agile startup environments
