FRA Accountant

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update books of accounts in SAP and Excel environments
• Prepare internal and external financial reports, including budgets, forecasts, and cash flow
• Ensure adherence to internal financial controls, including SOX and AFCM requirements
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations, including bank, fixed assets, and supplier confirmations
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions in line with defined KPIs
• Collaborate with local and regional finance teams to ensure financial integrity
• Support audit processes and ensure timely submission of tax filings

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in accounting, auditing, or financial processes
• Strong proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of financial reporting, reconciliation, and compliance standards
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certification in Accounting or Auditing
• Experience working within a multinational organization (MNC) environment
