FPV Specialist

Responsibilities

• Conduct R&D test flights and provide technical feedback to engineers
• Collaborate on air and ground system design, testing, and refinement
• Perform precision soldering, mechanical assembly, 3D printing, and flight software work
• Execute line-of-sight and first-person-view acro flying
• Perform flight tests observing system performance, reliability, and handling
• Operate within FAA Part 107 regulations
• Assist in developing test procedures and safety protocols

Requirements

• Skilled acro FPV drone piloting
• Expert in Betaflight, PID tuning, and blackbox
• Strong technical understanding of UAV systems (air and ground components)
• FAA Part 107 certified (or ability to obtain within two weeks)
• Proficiency in safety and risk assessment
• Mechanical assembly experience with UAV components
• Knowledge of electrical systems and UAV platforms
• High attention to detail
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Ability to adapt to challenging environments and perform under pressure
