Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a fleet of drones and support equipment
• Work with leadership to maintain a regular schedule of hosting “open FPV course” sessions and special events
• Create FPV curriculum courses including repair workshops, soldering, and Betaflight setup
• Design and maintain the FPV track including gates, flags, and timing systems
• Maintain FPV sim setup and design virtual tracks that mimic live tracks
• Assist with other tasks in the factory as needed

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in building and racing FPV drones
• Mentorship or teaching experience with excellent communication skills
• FPV race experience including track design and race operations
• Part 107 certification
• FPV acro piloting skills (FPV/LOS)
• Soldering skills for building consumer FPV drones
• Betaflight programming knowledge
• Assembly skills to build FPV drones without instructions

Preferred Qualifications

• CAD and 3D printing experience
• Blackbox tuning
• Advanced soldering skills including hot-air rework
