FPGA Product Marketing Engineer

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product marketing strategies for ForgeFPGA to capture market share in the low-density FPGA segment
• Align product roadmaps with market trends, customer needs, and business objectives
• Develop and implement comprehensive launch plans for new products and features
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, and operations to ensure seamless execution
• Conduct competitive analysis and identify differentiation opportunities
• Craft compelling messaging and positioning that resonates with target customers
• Create sales tools, training materials, and collateral to support global sales teams
• Monitor KPIs and market feedback to optimize strategies and accelerate revenue growth

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in product marketing or related roles within the semiconductor or FPGA industry
• Strong understanding of FPGA technology and market dynamics
• Proven track record of leading strategic marketing initiatives and successful product launches
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into customer value propositions
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis (sponsorship is not available)

• MBA degree
