FPGA Engineer

Responsibilities

• Work on the ground-up design and implementation of new FPGA applications
• Help extend and refine high-level design and testing tools used internally
• Use OCaml and Hardcaml for RTL design, testing, and integration
• Work with Verilog and C as needed

Requirements

• Experience with a Hardware Description or Construction language (VHDL, Verilog, Chisel, Pymtl, etc.)
• Experience with FPGA vendor tools such as Vivado or Quartus
• Experience building a working FPGA project through academic, professional, or personal work
• Proficiency with a software programming language
• Fluent in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in typed programming languages
• Interest in using FPGAs in the context of networking
