FPGA Architect Undergrad Intern

Responsibilities

• Work with AI companies to integrate AI workflows for broader adoption within Altera solutions
• Build and maintain a knowledge base of architectural specifications, technical documentation, and marketing content
• Deploy solutions on AWS Cloud and develop custom configurations to support use cases
• Refine and generate internal and customer-facing content and collateral
• Debug discrepancies and collaborate with stakeholders across Engineering and Business teams
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams through written and verbal channels

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
• Experience or coursework in digital design, computer architecture, or FPGA fundamentals
• Programming or scripting experience in Python, C++, or similar languages
• Experience or coursework with cloud platforms such as AWS or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience or coursework related to FPGA design, RTL development, or hardware/software co-design
• Exposure to AI/ML workflows, tools, or frameworks
• Familiarity with cloud deployment, containers, or distributed systems
• Experience creating technical documentation or knowledge base content
