FP&A Systems Analyst

Responsibilities

• Execute weekly and monthly forecast cycles, including variance refreshes and cash forecast updates
• Maintain financial models, trackers, and the AOP model
• Support M&A and corporate development through data room organization and comparable analysis
• Prepare board, investor, and parent-company reporting materials and slide decks
• Build and refresh executive dashboards and perform ad hoc financial analysis
• Maintain strict process discipline regarding workbook hygiene and documentation

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in FP&A, audit, investment banking, or corporate finance
• Strong fluency in Excel and Google Sheets (XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, pivot tables)
• Solid understanding of revenue recognition, EBITDA, and cash flow concepts
• Ability to clean and reconcile raw GL or pipeline data
• High attention to detail and ability to work in a deadline-driven environment
• Clear written communication skills for drafting financial commentary

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in mobile advertising, AdTech, or SaaS business models
• Basic SQL or Python skills for data extraction
• Experience with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
• Familiarity with NetSuite or HubSpot
• CA, CFA Level 1 or 2, or an MBA in finance
