FP&A Senior Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead global operations, supply chain, and sourcing quarterly FP&A planning and forecasting
• Partner with SVP Operations on Terumo integration, including financial modeling and analysis
• Align demand forecasts with functional and commercial finance partners
• Support annual preparation of global operations, supply chain, and sourcing budgets and strategic plans
• Manage month-end reporting for P&L, cash flow, and sales outlook
• Support financial modeling, scenario analysis, and business insights to drive management decisions
• Establish and maintain efficient financial planning processes and documentation

Requirements

• Significant diverse financial experience in operations planning, reporting, analysis, and cost accounting
• Strong financial modeling skills and business acumen
• Proven history of partnering with stakeholders to deliver synthesized analyses to senior management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Ability to travel 5-10%
