FP&A Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the annual budget, quarterly forecast and long-term strategic planning processes
• Design and refine detailed financial models to forecast and analyze functional costs
• Conduct in-quarter puts & takes review sessions and develop KPIs
• Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting and communicate trends to senior management
• Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams to integrate procurement updates
• Provide timely ad hoc reporting on critical issues to executive management
• Partner with business leaders to gain a deep understanding of relevant drivers

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant finance experience
• SaaS experience strongly preferred
• Adaptive insights model building experience
• Strong financial and operational planning skills
• Expertise in building Excel-based financial models
• Four year university degree in finance, economics or accounting
• Experience with NetSuite, Zuora, or Salesforce is a plus
