FP&A Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range financial planning
• Develop financial models for strategic decision-making, fundraising, and capital allocation
• Partner with R&D, engineering, operations, and commercial teams to provide financial insights
• Prepare monthly management reports, KPIs, variance analyses, and executive presentations
• Support cash flow forecasting and working capital management
• Ensure financial planning aligns with IFRS reporting requirements and corporate accounting policies
• Collaborate with the accounting team on month-end close and technical accounting matters
• Support external audits and maintain relationships with auditors and advisors
• Improve FP&A processes, reporting automation, and business intelligence tools
• Contribute to strategic initiatives such as M&A, grant funding, and investment analyses

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 6–10 years of relevant experience, including several years in a Big Four audit firm
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Qualified CPA, CA, RA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent
• Experience in FP&A or corporate finance within a high-growth technology company
• Experience in a deeptech environment (semiconductors, photonics, quantum, robotics, or AI)
• Experience with ERP systems and finance transformation projects
• Experience with FP&A and business intelligence tools like Anaplan, Adaptive Planning, or Power BI
