FP&A Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the annual operating plan (AOP) and quarterly re-forecast processes for the consolidated P&L
• Build and maintain a rolling 12-month forecast model incorporating volume drivers
• Partner with Merchandising and Buying teams to develop bottoms-up sales plans
• Produce monthly business review packages for the CEO, CFO, and Board
• Develop channel-level profitability reporting across DTC and wholesale
• Lead financial evaluation of strategic initiatives like new store openings and international expansion
• Drive continuous improvement of FP&A processes and reporting infrastructure
• Mentor and develop junior analysts

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of progressive FP&A experience
• At least 2 years in fashion, beauty, apparel, retail, or consumer goods
• Demonstrated ownership of full P&L forecasting for companies with $500M+ revenue
• Advanced financial modeling skills
• Proficiency in enterprise financial systems (Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, Oracle EPM, or Hyperion)
• Proficiency in ERP platforms (SAP, NetSuite, or Oracle)
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience at a vertically integrated or omni-channel fashion or beauty retailer
• Exposure to DTC e-commerce economics (CAC, LTV, contribution margin)
• MBA or CPA/CFA designation
• Experience with SQL, Tableau, or Looker
