FP&A Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of approximately 7 Business Analysts, overseeing their day-to-day activities and professional development.
• Manage monthly financial analysis, reporting, and planning cycles for the Science Biopharma-Oncology business unit.
• Provide robust and accurate month-end financial information to support business decision-making.
• Act as a subject matter expert and point of escalation for market stakeholders and direct reports.
• Drive process improvements, standardization, and the implementation of Digital/GenAI solutions within the GFS function.
• Ensure all SOX and financial controls are operated effectively to maintain compliance.
• Manage resource allocation and build strong relationships with CFOs and key business partners.

Requirements

• Degree in finance, business administration, accounting, economics, or a related field.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
• At least 1-2 years of recent experience managing a team of 6 or more direct reports.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and complex formulas.
• Strong knowledge of accounting fundamentals such as GAAP, P&L, Balance Sheet, CAPEX, and accruals.
• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain financial concepts to non-financial managers.
• Ability to work effectively within diverse global teams and manage multiple deliverables under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the pharmaceutical or retail industry.
• Proficiency with SAP, Smart View, or Hyperion Financial Management.
• Experience with Power BI and Power Query.
• Experience managing transitions from regional markets to centralized global teams.
