FP&A Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes
• Act as a strategic finance partner to engineering, sales, and operations teams
• Deliver insightful financial analysis to highlight trends, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership
• Build and maintain robust financial models to support investments and product strategy
• Perform variance analysis and provide actionable recommendations
• Collaborate with accounting to ensure alignment between financial reporting and planning
• Drive process improvements to enhance forecasting accuracy and reporting efficiency
• Prepare executive presentations and materials for leadership reviews

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related roles
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical capabilities
• Experience with financial systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Hyperion
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or CPA certification
• Experience in the semiconductor or technology industry
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
• Solid accounting foundation including understanding of financial statements and close processes
• Proven track record of driving financial influence and shaping strategic decision-making
