FP&A Manager

Responsibilities

• Support annual budget and rolling forecast processes by coordinating inputs and stress-testing assumptions
• Build and maintain robust financial models for scenario planning and headcount modelling
• Own headcount and financial models and lead report creation for the Executive Leadership Team
• Produce variance commentary and design KPI dashboards for real-time visibility
• Track and report on SaaS metrics including ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, and churn
• Partner with commercial, product, and operational teams to provide financial insight
• Use AI tools to automate recurring analyses, data cleaning, and manual workflows

Requirements

• Strong foundation in FP&A, ideally within a SaaS or high-growth technology business
• AI-native working style with experience using AI tools for analysis and automation
• Fluency in SaaS commercial metrics (ARR, NRR, churn, unit economics)
• Ability to build clean, well-structured financial models
• Strong data storytelling and presentation skills for senior audiences
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and manage competing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with dedicated FP&A and forecasting platforms
• Exposure to investor relations or fundraising processes
