FP&A Lead

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive corporate financial planning processes including long range planning, annual planning, and rolling forecasts
• Own the monthly and quarterly close cycle from an FP&A perspective, including budget vs. actuals and management reporting
• Define and track KPIs that reflect business health and surface risks and opportunities
• Evolve the FP&A toolset, including modern planning software and BI integrations
• Drive cross-functional alignment on goals and partner with Accounting to ensure data integrity
• Deliver actionable performance insights and recommendations to improve efficiency and execution

Requirements

• 8+ years of total experience, including corporate FP&A at a high-growth technology company
• Exposure to investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or a top-tier finance rotation
• Direct experience owning annual planning, long range planning, and monthly financial reviews
• Experience implementing and managing modern FP&A planning tools
• Exceptional financial modeling skills (integrated 3-statement models, headcount models, and scenario frameworks)
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
• Degree in finance, economics, accounting, STEM, or equivalent professional experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Accounting background or CPA
• Fluency in SaaS and ARR-based business models
• Proficiency in BI and data tools such as Hex, Tableau, Looker, and SQL
