FP&A Lead

About the Company

Humanoid is on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. Their HMND-01 Alpha platform is already running in real industrial pilots.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budget and quarterly reforecasting processes
• Develop multi-scenario financial models for strategic decision-making
• Partner with business functions to build plans for headcount, OPEX, CAPEX, and project spend
• Provide visibility on burn, run rate, and budget utilization
• Deliver regular financial reporting and commentary for leadership and the board
• Monitor financial KPIs and flag emerging risks or opportunities
• Act as a finance partner to engineering, operations, and go-to-market leads
• Design and implement scalable planning workflows, templates, and financial systems
• Drive automation and integration across finance and operational data sources

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in FP&A, finance business partnering, or strategic finance
• Strong modeling and analytical skills with ability to build scalable models
• Deep understanding of cost structures, capital planning, and cash flow modeling
• Excellent communication skills for senior stakeholder management
• Self-starter mindset comfortable with designing processes from scratch

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in hardware, manufacturing, robotics, or capital-intensive businesses
• Familiarity with NetSuite, Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
• Experience preparing board-level reporting in investor-backed companies
• Exposure to unit economics and product lifecycle financials
