FP&A Jr. Analyst

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of a small team within the Financial Planning & Analysis department.
• Lead the analysis of intricate financial data to assess revenues, margins, expenses, and capital expenditures.
• Conduct financial variance analyses and provide detailed interpretations to assist management decision-making.
• Manage capital project transactions, including monitoring spending, evaluating progress, and measuring financial returns.
• Prepare presentation materials for board meetings and investor relations to ensure data clarity and relevance.
• Collaborate with various departments to establish consistent reporting standards and unified financial metrics.
• Train, mentor, and assess the performance of FP&A staff members.
• Support the maintenance of a stringent control environment aligned with global policy and internal frameworks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of relevant experience in management reporting, capital planning, or financial management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with financial software and Oracle.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Chartered Accountant designation.
