FP&A Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive financial management for the assigned division, maintaining full responsibility for the P&L.
• Oversee planning, forecasting, and performance management processes.
• Act as a strategic business partner to drive profitable growth by leveraging revenue and optimizing margins.
• Maximize return on investment (ROI) for advertising and promotion (A&P) activities.
• Serve as the primary financial point of contact and liaison for the division.

Requirements

• Professional degree with an emphasis in Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) within the consumer goods, pharmaceutical, or similar industries.
• Strong expertise in budgeting, revenue planning, P&L management, Opex optimization, and zero-based budgeting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Advanced skills in PowerPoint and executive-level presentations.
• Advanced English proficiency (both oral and written).
• Ability to influence and collaborate effectively within matrixed and multicultural environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of pharmaceutical market analysis.
• Experience working within multinational or multi-latin companies.
