Responsibilities

• Lead in-depth technical conversations with customers, showcasing expertise and platform capabilities
• Conduct compelling trainings and demonstrations of the platform to highlight value
• Recommend best practices to customers on how to leverage Abacum in an FP&A context
• Partner with Customer Success Managers to drive customer utilization and value realization to foster renewals
• Identify expansion opportunities in customer accounts
• Act as a link between CSMs, Research, Product, FP&A/Implementation, and Sales
• Serve as a Learning & Development resource for CSMs regarding product updates

Requirements

• Technical understanding of FP&A software or Customer Success experience
• 2+ years of B2B experience in implementation/customer success (ideally financial software) OR 2+ years of FP&A experience looking to transition into customer success
• Experience driving software adoption with customers and technical leaders
• Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
• Ability to craft Technical Adoption Plans
