Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts
• Prepare variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior periods
• Support preparation of monthly management reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking
• Build and enhance financial models to support strategic initiatives and scenario planning
• Drive execution on contemplated M&A or financing transactions, including diligence and valuation
• Analyze optimal capital allocation for rapid scale-up and long-term value creation
• Prepare financial analysis to guide strategic decisions regarding pricing, markets, and capital expenditures
• Identify opportunities to streamline the Finance function and optimize financial systems

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, FP&A, or a related financial role
• Strong understanding of GAAP and core accounting principles
• Strong grasp of corporate finance concepts such as ROIC, WACC, and LTV/CAC
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial modeling
• Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export-controlled information

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems
• Proficiency with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Experience with data tools like Python, PowerQuery, or SQL
