FP&A Associate

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and rolling estimates
• Support monthly and quarterly management reporting, including variance analysis against budgets and forecasts
• Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions and identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Build and maintain financial models for scenario planning and profitability analysis
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business units, operations, and HR to gather data
• Prepare presentations and reports for senior leadership and stakeholders
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of financial data and reports
• Support cash planning, treasury management, and the automation of MIS
• Assist in maintaining books of accounts for various legal structures and geographies

Requirements

• CA or MBA in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 0–2 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or finance internships
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills
• Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, and basic modeling
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage large data sets and meet strict deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a professional services organization
• Exposure to financial systems or BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SAP, or Hyperion
