About the Company

Vyntra is redefining trust and transparency in financial services through Transaction Intelligence. Formed in 2024 through the merger of two fintech leaders, NetGuardians and Intix, Vyntra combines AI-powered Financial Crime Prevention with Transaction Observability to help financial institutions protect every transaction in real time.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Group's budgeting and forecasting processes across multiple legal entities
  • Own rolling forecasts covering revenue, labour costs, operating expenditure, and cash flow
  • Partner with functional leaders to build financial ownership and improve commercial decision-making
  • Support strategic projects including acquisitions, partnerships, and business expansion through financial modeling and scenario analysis
  • Contribute to board, shareholder, and investor reporting
  • Streamline processes using NetSuite, automation, and AI tools to increase efficiency

Requirements

  • 5 to 8 years of experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, Financial Controlling, or Finance Business Partnering
  • Experience in a scale-up, growth-stage, or private equity-backed business
  • Experience operating across multiple legal entities and currencies
  • Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling skills
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with NetSuite or another ERP platform
  • Practical use of AI tools in daily workflows
  • Solid accounting knowledge and ability to interpret financial statements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Power BI, Power Query, or SQL
  • Exposure to SaaS, FinTech, or B2B technology businesses
  • M&A or post-merger integration experience
