FP&A Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans
• Assist in monthly reporting by preparing financial analyses and management presentations
• Perform actual versus budget and forecast analyses to identify key variances
• Support month-end closing processes and validate financial data
• Collaborate with Accounting and Business Controlling teams for data accuracy
• Automate and standardize reporting and planning processes using modern finance tools
• Explore and apply AI-driven solutions to improve reporting efficiency and automate tasks

Requirements

• Recently completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Controlling, Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field
• Strong analytical mindset and numerical problem-solving skills
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Power BI, Power Query, or SQL is a plus
• Knowledge of Python and AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) is an advantage
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
