FP&A Analyst

Responsibilities

• Own annual budgeting and monthly forecasting
• Create comprehensive three statement models for both short and long term
• Define and track financial KPIs and other business metrics
• Develop resource allocation strategies based on available data
• Partner with stakeholders across the organization as a financial business partner
• Work with Marketing to develop growth and GTM strategies and lead revenue forecasting
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a quantitative field
• 2-4 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, or management consulting
• Experience executing full-cycle FP&A functions including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Proficiency in Excel modeling and SQL programming
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder management
